Don’t be, we adhere to our word on what we quoted you so you know how much your dream home will cost you without the fear of any nasty surprises ruining the process.  Any variations you want throughout the build will be priced and sent to you for your approval before any work begins.

With our experience and expertise in new home builds we’re able to provide an accurate and direct timeline of when your new home will be ready for you to move in. This ensures you can prepare accordingly for the big move.

At Freedom Structures we will value your home like it is our own. Every team member follows a specific “Rules on Site” list where we have no swearing onsite, rubbish is cleaned up after every lunch, and you will be greeted with a smile and informed about the build up to date.

We guarantee that only certified builders will  be working on your home throughout the build and with our “698 Point Production List” we can adhere to our high quality standards.

As members of the Certified Builders Association and Certified Home Extension, we offer the Home First 10 year written guarantee as an added protection above and beyond the Building act and Certified Home Extensions Personal Workmanship guarantee. This covers you for structural defects, including weather tightness for up to 10 years.
